Purpose Funding Mortgage Questionable lending practices Foothill Ranch, California

Initial reponse to a request for refinancing current mortgage, respondent represented very favorable interest rates which complied with my needs.  After submitting requested loan documents, the application contained totally different mortgage interest rates and other discrepancies.  After contacting the loan agent, to clarify the descrepancies, repeated phone calls went unansered.  A follow-up e-mail was forwarded to the agent requesting a status report for the loan application.  After several days a response was received, indicating that I should phone again to speak to the loan agent.  After making said call, a receptionist indicated the specific agent had stepped away from his desk but would return my call within 10 minutes.  That transaction took place 48 hours ago...............no return call received.  It is obvious the company misrepresents factual data about it's loan policies and procedures.  I strongly advise potential clients to avoid doing business with this enterprise.  Finally, I have read several other reports in Ripoff Reports indicating similar experiences with Purpose Funding.  Stay away from this company and advise all other individuals to do the same.
