On January 23, 2009 I signed up for help in operating a web site. I was talked into the "Top of the line" program, which cost me $10,000.00. At first everything promised was actually happening. They send someone to my town and set up the internet site for me, although I wasn't actually shown much about the site, but is was as offered in the agreement. I was then assigned to a coach for getting the site operational. This went fine until I think I actually made 2 different sales on the site, and had a list of over 100 email address's of interested persons. Then without any notice I was switched to the intensive instruction of John Paul Ragoza himself, who in the assigned times had the "students" due what was already done for my by the coach I had before. When the 3rd week came, I was unable to be online at the time, but wasn't worried as there was always the "playback" I could listen to, however when I tried to listen it didn't exist. The date and time of the 4th meeting came, and I was online, however no one else was. I tried calling the person I was told to contact, and emailed my problem. After a few weeks Barry, my contact, did email back said he was sorry for delay and told me he would get me into the next class that started the next month...thats been 3 months ago now, I have never been able to contact by phone and although I have sent emails to both Barry and John Ragoza himself have never heard anything from them. I know they didn't call my home, as I have caller ID, so that won't fly if they try telling me they did. I know I never recieved enough training to cost me what I have paid them, and at this point I realize I never will, as it is only a way to rip off customers..NO MORE THAN STEALING FROM ME.
