On 1/18/2008 I received a call from Ted Molina who represents Push Traffic, Inc. Ted gave me a very impressive sales speech on how all his clients are earning $5000 to $10,000 per month with his system and I will do the same.

I was very skeptical and had reservations however Ted Molina assured me that my investment of $2500 was fully refundable if I didn't see results. So I made the investment of $2500 that same day. That was the last I ever heard from Ted Molina.

The $2500 was for the following: SEO Executive Plan & Market Success Coach. Which included: 200 search engine submissions, Meta Tag and Keyword setup, description setup, optimization advise and analysis, Density analysis report, keyword ranking, competitor ranking, daily traffic reports, link popularity, keyword research, manage PPC campaigns, PR services, competitive analysis and Business Success Coach.

I never received any of these services and have been trying to get my money back for close to a year now. I have been in touch with John Raygoza and got nowhere.

I am shocked these people are still in business and I hope a class action lawsuit has been started.

PushTraffic is a fraudulent company

AUTHOR: Urlybird - (Australia)

POSTED: Monday, September 14, 2009

Ted Molina will say anything to get your money. The money is taken BEFORE you get the bill! Back in the days when John signed up, there was no contract to sign. In small print, at the bottom of the invoice it states that the client has read the terms and conditions. But the T&C were buried somewhere on their website, NOT on the invoice! Besides, they'd already taken your money and even if you were to ask for a refund in the allotted 30 days, I guarantee that they would still only offer 15% back and you'd be darned lucky to get it.

This method was obviously devised to trick the customer and to intentionally commit fraud.

Anyone who has experienced problems like John should file a report to the ICCC (Internet Crime Complaint Center). Also go to YouTube and search on "PushTraffic Scam". There you will find a video about what to do.

Customer signed a legal agreement - asked for a refund after 30 days

AUTHOR: John Raygoza - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 06, 2009

We would have been glad to refund John if he asked for a refund within his 30 day allotted time. Unfortunately he decided to cancel after 60 days, then we offered him 15% back and he refused.

John should have read our agreement when he signed up.

We did in fact provide the services in which he's disputing.
