I was charged ( 49.99 from pzest ),( 19.99, 19.99, and now today 79.99 from datesnow ). I have never subscribed to any dating services. I came to this site and found a number 1-800-447-6439 which is the # to pzest. I told them the charges. I told her I only entered my credit card info for age verification to see paris hilton video and that I understood it would need to be cancelled in 30 mins to avoid being charged and I never gave authorization to anyone to bill my credit card.
The rep (australian accent) told me that she needed my credit card info to look up my info which I didn't give to her. She then was able to pull up my account with my email adress. She was able to bring up the datesnow charges as well as the pzest so they must be working together. She said that they will refund me everything and that I need to wait 7-10 business days. She emailed me a confirmation from their company proving what she said I will wait now.
I also called back to confirm the refund the next lady (also an aussie) told me everyhting I withheld info to her from last conversation she told me everything all the charges pending refund so I hope this works out. I also cancelled my card and reported to CC company they will send new one. I don't trust those people at pzest.com
