On the 23rd January 2009 I was attempting to download free software for Adobe Reader. The process was interupted by a screen which offered download protection but which could not be removed from the screen without filiing in credit card information. It appeared that the cost for the protection was only about $10 and so to get through this screen, I provided the information.
Immediately after entering the info, my bank advised me that my credit card had been debited with +/-$80 which equates to about SA Rand 850. So much for getting free Adobe Reader! I immediately advised Q Business that I did not require their download protection and to please reverse the transaction. There has been no response to my email or to phone calls made to their telephone number which seems to have only an answer service.
