QC Unlimited RIPOFF ADVERTISING Davenport Iowa

I was also ripped off by QC Unlimited! I have made several phone calls and received the same lines from the same individuals and have received no emergency guides nor any type of refund for the $269.55 that I paid on 6/2/2004. I was promised a refund on several occasions by Mr. Fred Monfeli and was even given a check number by Fred. When I asked to speak with the owner on several occassions... there was always an excuse and messages were left on several occasions but never a return call by anyone. Now the company is nowhere to be found! Lesson learned by me.... but people & companies like this should be held responsible for the fraud they commit.
