Qitel Communications ripoff Plano Texas

I received a pager from them and it did not work properly. The face kept fading in and out so i sent it back and they sent me another one. And it did the same thing. On top of that they did not send me the page i really wanted and said they were all out.
so i was paying for something i did not want and for the wrong price. so i sent that one back and it was in the grace period of a refund and i never received the refund. i called and the supervisor Roy Esparoza has not contact me and it has been over a year, almost two years. that is not fair at all.
