I first purchased software to check my computer for problems, than purchased a one year technical support to help solve my computer problems.  Both these items had money back guarantees.

The software (SpeedyPC Pro) would not work correctly.  They tried repeatedly to fix this.  They finally gave up and deleted it.  They will not refund me for this (minor) purchase. 

The technical support (a $199.99 purchase, and one taking up HUGE amounts of hours on my part) caused more problems than it fixed.  I was told if I permitted them to close a case that I could simply call them up to start a new one if there was still a problem.  They did NOT tell me they had a hidden charge for each case I allowed to be closed.  ...Hence, no refund.

Their sales pitch was that they would solve my computer troubles, increase the speed of my computer by three times, and all of this guaranteed to satisfy... or my money back.  

However, my computer runs slower than ever.  And every time I asked to discontinue their service, they talked me into giving them a chance to fix things.  But they didn't, and everytime they worked on my computer, new problems suddenly cropped up, and my computer got ever slower. 

I have talked over and over with them, but they will give no refund. 

They keep saying I should let them work on my computer to fix things.  I told them that everytime they worked on it that things got worse...I will NOT let them work on it again.

I consider any company that makes promises for profit, and does not live up to those promises is a danger to the public in general...besides they've made me sound like I"M at fault. 

I put a value on my time; and for the problems caused, and the many, many hours of my time they've robbed me of, I, at the very least, should get a refund.  To be blunt, I feel they owe me much more than that for my troubles.
