Frank Nkrumah is car dealer who owns  QT wholesale & RETAIL AUTO DEALERS

He committed the following defrauded business practices:

1- Defrauded me and other customer ( friend) by overcharging us for overseas shipping cost for our cars that we bought from him.  He tampered with teh bill of laden by blackening the item stating the cost of shipping.  We contacted the same shipper and shipper confirmed a lower price.  At the end he drafrauded my friend and I in $ 3000

2- Despite the fact that he sells cars for export overseas, he fraudently confirmed that warranty for my Mercedes is for 4 years and claimed that he will send me document issued by Mercedes dealership to prove it.  Turned out that it is only for 2 years for cars exported outside USA. Hence, he never sent me anything. Result was me paying $ 3000 for repairs once car arrived to destination overseas.  He also never discolsed why airbag was deployed in the car history report. Refused to cooperate in solving the problem or reimburse. I suspect that he sells cars that are lemon while making sure that they have passed the 24 month requirement for the lemon law so that he can evade the law.

Had I known about the warranty, I would have not accepted the car or negotiated alower price.

He specificallt prey on innocent African overseas buyers who do not know any better.

3- He runs a massive operation exporting used cars from US to Africa and I suspect that he does not inform IRS -
