Quaduro is a company that "Sells" you their equipment, takes the payment but the product never arrives. Any further attempts to contact the company's representatives are futile.

The company's sales person Din Kashif (kashif@quaduro.com ) with whom we've been dealing with took the payment over ACH and said the product will be shipped in a week. Two months went by, nothing happened. We had to contact their US office and somebody named Michael Shepard from Quadro's US office responded saying that the equipment is still at the UK docks waiting for paperwork to clear the customs. After that all further attempts to contact them went nowhere. Kashif went dead quiet and so did Michael Shephard (michaels@quaduro.com)

Says they are owned by Alexander Ward Ltd - not sure if this company is also a scam artist, but Quaduro is definitely a scam.

Beware and don't waste your time!

Encountered same problem and still waiting for refund

AUTHOR: Reddy - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, November 13, 2013

After a series of discussions with Kashin Din and Arine Rahman of quaduro systems about their product Quadpad V12, we have deposited 996 pounds to the following account based on their promise that the units will be shipped in approx 7 working days or so, as the delivery is very urgent for our company.

Payment made to A/C Name:Alexander Ward Ltd

After depositing the amount we sent them the details of payment and they have acknowledged it, but they never shipped the units or provided us the shipping details, and after some time, they stopped responding to our emails. They stopped picking up the phone calls.

We have proof of transaction and their quotation also. And also their conversations through email.

Its been almost one and half year since the transfer and we didn't receive the units yet.

Name of our company: Arche Education Pvt. Ltd.

Invoice date: 2 March, 2012

Invoice No: 1002031512

Payment was made by bank transfer on 29 March 2012

I am in the same situation

AUTHOR: david@dfi - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 14, 2012

I placed my order 6 months ago and have yet to receive anything. I've tried to resolve this issue numerous times.

Please Alana, tell me what the excuse is for not sending the (2) tablets I ordered in May 2012.

I did receive an email last week, after 3 1/2 months of no communication, that the parts were on back order - from 6 months ago - really? You'll have to do better than that.

To clarify the situation; a product was purchased which did not fit the need of the customer, this product was returned and a substantially higher spec product was offered (free of charge) as a replacement which will fit the need due to bigger screen size and tougher design. This took sometime in delivery but essentially the product which was ordered originally was delivered in satisfactory time and it is reasonable to say that your original email was misleading and a disproportionate method. The conclusion is that the supplier offered a much higher spec'd unit free of charge and thus any negative comments posted against an act of good gesture is simply unethical in every sense.

Shipment

AUTHOR: Art Vandeleigh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, October 15, 2012

The problem has been resolved on October 15 - we finally received the item we've ordered. While we have encountered many problems along the road with poor communication from this vendor, resulting in frustration and delays, we would like to correct the statement we've made in the earlier post and state that the company is in fact a legit company.

dear Alana,

No, not an editor of this site. we were the customer.

I never said that we already sent you an email. All I said was that we will compile and send it the full list of communication to your registered email address.

Give us until Friday to compile everything - we will have it emailed to you.

Response to Author?

AUTHOR: A Shwimmer - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 03, 2012

Dear Art,

Firstly, im unsure and must understand are you the "customer" or the editor of this site? All this is very vague.

secondly, I simply need to know the customer name, company name and details of order for this case you keep referring to emailed to me today at alana.shwimmer@ quaduro.com not a lot of data to compile at this stage at all.

With this information to hand I can respond effectively and resolve any matter the client is having. Having checked our records with numerous departments, we have not heard from you nor other editors or associates of this website prior to discovering the information noted on this site and responding as per the "rebuttal" process on 10/02/2012

Lets make this right. Looking forward to the email. If of course there is an actual case here for us to resolve as at this point Im getting a lot of big perverse statements but no name / details of an order which we have not fulfilled.

Alana.

Very encouraging to hear that you're willing to listen and react. Mind you, all previous attempt by our company to communicate to your sales person have failed miserably. We've waited patiently and attempted to call/email for over 6 months now.  Every now and then your sales person would respond apologizing that the equipment has been shipped. When we asked for a tracking number - there was no response again.

Then another two weeks would pass with no sign of your equipment showing up. And then the vicious cycle would happen over and over again. Your company may be fully legit in business for 10 years, with customers across the globe, but your sales practices and communication needs to improve drastically. Had that happened in the first place, you would have had our entire business in the States. As of right now, that's of course not going to happen.

Anyway, one of our associates will most certainly compile a full report of what's been happening (or rather "not happening") since last Spring and send to your registered address. I have to warn you: the list is long.

Alana -

No, this is not a competitor nor it is a slander. This report was filed after buying a product from your company earlier this year, never receiving and then never hearing back, causing us to take actions. Perhaps, this is an isolated incident but this was a really bad one, perhaps the worst we have experienced overall.

We Will gladly share the story with you - would you like to hear about it here on ripoff reports or would you like us to communicate with you via email in private?

Happy to see a response from you.
