Quake Kare, Inc. Expiration Dates Moorpark, California

 I ordered replacement supplies for emergency kits for our vehicles. Quake Kare products are advertised as having a 5 year shelf life. The water I ordered was a year old and expires in 4 years, not 5.

I e-mailed Quake Kare and and received no reply. I called Quake Kare and representative said that the water has a 5 year shelf life from the day it is packaged. Doesn't do the consumer any good to have the water sit on the warehouse shelf for a year before shipping it to the consumer. Owner Sherry was supposed to call me regarding this issue. Never heard from her.

Also a light stick was missing from my order and not replaced either.

I would not recommend ordering any products from this company with such poor quality control and poor customer service.
