Quaker State Minute Lube ruined my cars engine, shop owner won't even talk to me. Rip-off! Danbury connecticut

I took my car to get an oil change at the quaker state minit lube in danbury. they put the wrong size filter on and I lost all my oil. my engine is now ruined. His employees changed the filter, sprayed de-greaser where the oil sprayed while I drove, and that was it.

The owner of the store refuses to speak to me like an adult. He sends his employees to talk to me. They told me that he can't do anything about it. soon my layer will call him, but I recomend that no one take thier car there. At least until this matter is solved, and proper action is taken.

Its crazy that somone this cowardly even owns a buisness, but I will do everything in my power to get the word out. There is a news station on T.V. that investigates problem buisnesses, and i'm contacting them as well as my layer.
