Qualified Leads is incapable of delivering the services that they advertise! The name of the company is a misnomer and the material they have on their web site is not to be trusted. It is highly doubtful that companies the likes of Ameriquest, MetLife, Sprint, SBC, Dell, OfficeMax, Pacificare, Verizon, Hilton, Merrill Lynch, Frontier, etc. would be working with a company as dishonest and as incapable as Qualified Leads. The bottom line is that Qualified Leads can not deliver leads or appointments no matter how effective they claim they are. We paid $998.00 for 30 hours of calling to set up appointments and the company came up with 1 measly semi-lead! The contact person was incorrect and the person listed could hardly speak English so he couldn't have asked or answered the qualifying questions. Attempts to set up a dialogue with someone in the Los Angeles headquarters is futile because the phones go unanswered. A supposed teleconference with a Supervisor in Scottsdale keeps getting postponed to the point where I have not heard from them.

I paid the $998.00 for 30 hours of calling. I cannot believe, in 30 hours they could not set one single appointment for me. I average one appointment every 2 hours and I am not that good at it. This company is a complete scam. After you pay your 998.00 Theresa is impossible to get a hold of. She will respond to your call with an email message instead of calling you back. If you have questions about my situation contact me at (((email redacted)))

PS. I'm still waiting for my refund Teresa. It's been 6 months.

What a Joke of a Response!

It is obvious that Teresa and Qualified Leads do not get the point. If she can produce records of their trying to reach me so can I - in the form of the e-mails that went back and forth trying to get attention after it was obvious that they can not produce results.

Why not answer the point of every complaint filed about Qualified Leads in this web site? No results for money paid!! In one of the leads that these people supposedly called they provided a contact name who passed away in January! The one and only semi-lead they got listed a contact person who could hardly speak English and they noted that he asked a lot of questions and wanted more information. When we called the individual to follow up he informed us with a lot of difficulty that he is not the contact person and that he does not know why his name was given out as such.

Qualified Leads people: you need to address the real issue!! Why no results if you were paid to perform? I am now working with a company who set 12 appointments NOTE: 12 APPOINTMENTS (not leads!) 3 days after we signed the contract!! And by the way we are close to closing 7 of those leads one of which is a Medical Center!

Company Response

AUTHOR: Tmac - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 30, 2007

First of all...Pat was very hard to reach on her end. I can provide detailed emails of our company trying to reach her and schedule calls with her. She was either busy or could not be available when we asked. I had my director on a call with her when she finally accepted our invitation to talk and he even offered her extra calling hours as NO COST! Did she explain that....NO! She just wanted to act like the victim and make us look bad. I will stand up for my company and put ANYONE in their place because I have the documentation to prove we want to help our clients.
