I was looking for a transmission for my Kia Rio 2002 when I called Quality Auto Parts Chicago I was treated with no respect

none the less I got a quote on their transmission for this Kia First they wanted my CC to deduct $1 which is NON Refundable.

I said I would call back at a later time when I knew what I was doing as a transmission is a BIG job. Quality Auto Parts

Chicago said okay call back and never gave me that opportunity before they started ringing my phone every 2 -3 hours. They

even had the balls to call my house phone at almost midnight my time. Any legit business would call during the day and if

they were legit they would let the customer call back and not harrass the customer until they are ready to change their

numbers. This is one of the most ridiculous companies I have EVER seen.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE 1000's of Calls from them.
