A food consultant came to my house to offer my family the best meats in the market. After talking to the consultant my fiance and myself said it sounded great. The deal is that the company will bring you a freezer filled with gourmet, grade A quality meats and constantly restock it every 6 weeks or as much as needed and pay a monthly fee that was set. It all sounded great and the food actually came in and looked pretty good.

After looking through the food, I did notice there were items there that I didn't order and items that I did order, not in the freezer. I called the consultant and he said that he would replace them. I used the ground beef to make some tacos and my pan was filled with grease. I tasted the meat and it really didn't taste to good. My family agreed that it didn't taste like the normal ground beef that we're used to eating. I didn't think much of it at that time and decided to make some chicken. After opening the bag of chicken, I became very nauseous. The chicken was spoiled. I checked two more bags and they were spoiled as well. I called the consultant and he transferred me to someone else who promised to replace the chicken and the ground beef. After a week, nothing happened and I was able to get in contact with the owner-Tony Perchemilian.

Tony Perchemilian promised he would replace the chicken and the ground beef as well. I've called him numerous times day after day, week after week and it was always an excuse that his drivers can't get out that far or that his drivers were out sick or so on. Tony actually promised that he would pay my bill since it's been such an inconvienience. It's been two months and nothing has happened. I'm so scared to eat anything else in the freezer and now I have a bill that the Jefferson Financial expects me to pay.

I knew something was funny about all of this but I just didn't put it all together until now and it may be too late. Tony Perchemilian changed his company name from LTT Gourmet Foods to Quality Foods. I kept looking up Quality Foods and couldn't find anything until today going through the BBB and saw his name listed under LTT Gourmet Foods. This seems to be one of the biggest scams and he's ripping off so many people. he has 48 claims against him and 44 of those are unanswered. He promises me that he's going to pick up the freezer and the food on Tuesday, June 2 and he's going to take care of the bill. I have a lawyer standing by if he doesn't fulfill his aggreement. I hope this report can help others because I hate to see people get ripped off by con-artist like this. I hope it's not too late for me and my family. The economy is rough enough to deal with people like this. Quality Foods guarantees 100% satisfaction....That's a BIG FAT LIE!!!!

100% Satisfied with Quality Foods

I too am a customer of Quality Foods. I recieved the same "in home presentation" and my family decided to try the service. The sales consultant was very friendly and informative. If we were not satisfied with the food or freezer we had a 3 day cancelation period AFTER delivery, as ALL customers do. We were told to sample each of the products during those 3 days to see if we were satisfied. The food is excellent and the convenience of delivery is unbelievable. Every time I want to change an item on my order I just call my consultant and it is taken care of in a very timely manner. I am completely satisfied with the service. The food and the freezer is everything it was said to be from the beginning. Our consultant gives us courtesy calls to insure our satisfaction, has given me excellent recipes to try, and even gives us new items to try as they come onto the menu.
I am 100% SATISFIED with the company and the service it offers!!
