Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company will screw you every time. We preformed 2 transport jobs for them and they screwed us on both. I have since talked to many other truckers who have also been screwed. Make sure you get paid up front for the entire load before you move or Don't haul for this company. Alan is a Jerk and Barbara is a shifty as they come. She will crew you over and not in bed.

These are very cunning and evil people. Do not ever take a job from them. You may not even get paid. Alan is a liar and the woman there is no better.

Under normal circumstances a complaint from a nameless source requires no response, however, since the remarks specifically comment on two individuals in our company it cannot be ignored.
Hiding behind a pseudonym and offering vague unsubstantiated comments speaks more about your company and professionalism than it does ours.
If you feel you have been wronged we invite you to take the legal process to satisfy this issue rather than the channel you have chosen. Your selection of this method of getting satisfaction strongly suggests that you have no case and are too embarrassed to admit it by hiding your face and any real facts from an open court.
For anyone else reading this information we would be please to provide you with the names of credible trucking companies whom we work with and customer references who will attest to our high standard of doing business.
As such, we will have no further comment using the method you have chosen to air your complaint.
