I have been a member of this book club for a while with no problems but recently I have been rebilled for an order I have already paid for, then been billed twice for another book, which was cancelled on an order, but shipped anyway, separately.
I have received only pat answers: "Orders will not be invoiced until the items are shipped. You have not been charged for the cancelled order." with no actual help from customer assistance. The only way to reach them is apparantly a web form on the book club site; no way to speak with a person.
I am frustrated and when I told them I was prepared to close my account if the situation was not resolved, they closed my account immediately. I am waiting for a book to ship that they have back-ordered & that is free to me due to a promo. Want to bet I don't get it?
