Stay away from this company. They were due to pick up my vehicle on June 16, 2014 in Eugene, OR. They called me on June 13, 2014 to say that they were here to pick up the car according to the contract. I told them we needed the car until the 16th. They said they would arrive at 12:30 pm and showed up at 5:30 pm. At this time, I was on a flight back to Las Vegas after being in Eugene to see my daughter graduate from University of Oregon. I arranged for a family member to be present for the pickup. I was told it would be additional $200 for the weight since I had packed the vehicle. The car was to be delivered in 7-10 working days. It arrived on June 25th. The original quote for the vehicle was $975. Upon delivery the total was $1450!!! No one was I ever told about additional costs. After battling with them prior to delivery we agreed on a final price of $1200 after an initial deposit was made. Jessica, who claims to be the owner, arranged for this. However, we were charged $1275.00. These people are scam artists.
