Quality Resources Harassing phone calls Ripoff Clearwater Florida

This morning I received a phone call from a man at 727-712-0382 who said he was from Quality Resources. I believed, from what he told me, that he was from my own credit card company. The only thing that tipped me off was that he used the wrong credit card company name. However, he did have the last 4 digits of my credit card number and knew where I lived. He said he would give me $40 in free gas vouchers and also enroll me in a free month of discount shopping. The entire time the man was rude and continued to talk over me everytime I said I was not interested. Finally I said again that I was not interested and he said he did not care if I was not interested that they would send it out anyway and I could either use it or not. I told him not to send anything out at all as I did not want to be enrolled in anything. That is when he hung up on me. I tried to place a call to the number my caller id picked up but it will ring a couple of times and then hang up.
