QUALITY SOD AND LANDSCAPE SOLUTIONS LLC Short cut all aspects of job such as laying the wrong pavers using thin wall pipe for sprinkler system as wel as olacing the system to shallow to code, did not pull a permit for the sprinkler system or electical work... sent his pest control people to my home and sprayed iorn spray all over home, wooden fences and my wifes brand new $4000.00 garden shed... layed the paver patio short of width agreed bt 1 1/2 ft and signrd a two year contract on sprinkler repair and has been notified numerous times to honor the grass warranty of thirty days if the grass died which it ha... in lieu of the shortness on patio he agreed to seal the pavers but when contacted he refussed to do so...it is my belief that this compny is operating in hernando and other counties with out proper insurance and Hernando County has no record of such company ft SPRINGHILL Florida

 I trusted this company to do a good honest job... They came in and graded my yard and started laying the pavers for my patio. The patio was to be 13 x 30  with a New England style paver pattern.... but they had bought the pavers and laid the wrong stone pattern of Heritage instead... I called to complain they blamed it on the paver factory of loading the wrong pallets on their truck and threatened to walk off the job rather than pull it and return  for correct stone..

My yard and job was in disarray... so to get them to finish the pavers they agreed to seal them for free in exchange for placing the wrong pavers...So they completed the pavers but when I came home and measured the patio it was 11.5 not 13 ft as agreed... So they said they misjudged the material and it would cost more.... The sprinkler guy was installing the system while the patio was being laid... I asked John the owner... about a permit... he said  that a permit was not needed  because there was an older one in place... but he did not utilize the old system ...instead he put a whole new system in along with electric...all without a permit or license to do so.... The  guy installing sprinkler did not install to code in my opinion... So Eric the other owner said... he would place the system deeper and take care of everything himself... as far as I know the installer let Eric finish the installation as I was not home...As I later learned... Eric never corrected the system...He just covered it up with dirt... 

The next day they laid the sod  in rear yard..  I paid them $2000.00 deposit before work started and $ 3800.00 when WORK was done in rear... The next day or so they called and demanded the balance of $5000.00 or they would not come back and finish the front yard... I told them NO... I will only pay when job was complete... They came two days later to finish... but the County ran them off.. over a grade in the right away.. They came back graded the right away and placed the remainder of sprinkler system and sod in front yard... At which time I paid the remainder of $5000.00  and they left...

I called them about  the grass dying, the over spay of chemicals on my home that wont come off and to seal the pavers.. and they flat refused to return... They were in such a hurry to get in and get paid... As I have learned much to late... That they are not licensed in Hernando County to do any of this work...and there for didn't pull any permits for anything that they did...

$650.00 for well set up and electric ran to shed

$550.00 for paver side walk from patio to garage
