Karen Persico always interupts me when I try to describe the condition that I want fixed on my car.  If I talk to Paul, he listens and we can have a normal conversation.  The last time I was in,  Paul was not there so I had to talk to her.  As usual, she begins to interrupt me.  Quality Subaru keeps the blinds down in the customer waiting area so the customer can not see into the area where the car is being worked on.  I left the customer waiting room and went back out to Karen Persico's desk and asked for the blinds to be open.  She had them opened a little bit which was not enough for me.  I went back out and asked for them to be open wider.  She told me that is as far as they go.  I just laughed.  

A little later Paul ( the good guy on the staff) opened the blinds.  I had told her that I did not want a sloppy mechanic like a previous time that spilled oil all over the exhaust pipes causing a burnt odor in the passenger compartment.  Guess what happened?  They did it again.  I doubt seriously I will have any more work done at Quality Subaru unless absolutely necessary.  I like the owner Joe and have complained about her before.  She will ultimately kill the business.  There are other Subaru Dealers a short distance from where I live.  They will get my business for sales also. in the future, my wife and I will purchase another Subaru.  It is a great automobile.  All other car dealers I have delt with have open observation windows so you can watch as your car is being worked on.  Why not Quality?
