If you work hard for your money, and don't wish to give it up to this company and it's scam artists (aka salemen), we suggest you REFUSE to sign their illegal home purchase agreements. They will try real hard to pressure you into "locking in the wholesale price" of your home, all the while telling you that you've been "pre-qaulified" to buy one of their homes, and if you don't commit NOW by giving them a $2500 "fully refundable" deposit, you'll miss the chance to qualify for the home of your dreams. If you are reluctant to "make a committment" to buy a home, they pull out their final deceptive, high pressure sales technique... the "PPP (Preferred Platinum Program), that they claim is the FINAL DAY the program will be available.

BUYER BEWARE! If you give them a deposit and sign their purchase agreement, YOU can KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE! Hidden on the reverse side of the contract, that they won't show you, is a NON-REFUNDABLE paragraph... they will KEEP YOUR MONEY, even when the DENY YOUR FINANCING for the home... an ingenious scheme.... if you should decide to fight them to get your refund, they'll threaten you with lawsuits, claiming that you signed the agreement to purchase a home ... or another one of their numerous scams... CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES by PERITIUS FINANCIAL... DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM! Senior citizens are especially vulnerable... as are those who they know will never qualify for a home.. they feed on the poor and uneducated people who simply have the American Dream of homeownership....

Where are all the class action attorneys when you need them? Why won't the attorney general of Utah do anything to stop this scam? We hope an investigative reporter or better yet, a government consumer protection agency will investigate this company and force them to be honest and return all the money they have stolen from everyone (at least 102 other victims.... and still counting... that we know of).
