I was contacted by a recruiter by the name f Kristin that obtained my resume from monster.com. She called me for an  interview and stated I could start working right away. She performed the interview, hiring and background check  while on the call. She also sent me orientation paper work and the initial training session emails to start Monday 03-04-13.
 I attempted to research the company to no avail. I searched all weekend to find information on Qube Processing and all I could find was the same article that had been copied on every site. On Monday I received a letter form Backgroundchecks.com and they notified me that a background check was conducted however, I noticed the company that performed the background check was not QUBE Processing but a company named Encore Processing Systems.

I immediately called the recruiter and she first denied the company had any ties to  Encore and after I continued to ask questions she claimed it was a Division but they had nothing to do with one another. I informed her that I noticed that Encore Processing had a lot of complaints and negative feedback on the internet. She claimed that they didn't  have any thing to do with the company and that its not apart of the company even down to they had a different addresses. However, I wanted to know if that was the case why didn't QUBE  processing conduct the check  and why there tactics were so similar . She told me I could ask my questions during the orientation call.  

Nevertheless,I dialed in and I listened to the sales pitch.... and then I asked the question. I wanted to know if Encore was the parent company and if so what will this company do  to  set itself apart from the bad image and complaints that Encore  Processing System has. Well, Let's just say he was Not Happy. He was rude and evasive.... and he informed me that their were over 300 complaints on Jesus Christ with the BBB.
I then received a call stating that they weren't interested in me anymore.. I wonder why?  It is a shame that they prey on people in times like these. But beware and do your homework. I figure any company that can't answer a simple question is  shady.
