False advertisement on queen virgin remy miami hair extensions - queen virgin remy hair extensions are fooling consumers on quality of hair and length of hair - ripping off customers claiming , inches on hair extentions as this is false advertisement and very stringy as well - claimed my hair extentions  , as I pay for inches , was 20 inches - I bought , measured them and only measures,  16 inches - comes in cheap sealed bags with inches on bag and all is false advertising 

I paid two hundred dollars for three bundles of weft as over phone they give lower pricea and on radio station advertising is false claims with merchanise prices  - I brought to my hair dresser and she could not believe the poor quality of hair strands either - the ends of hair are stringy , matty - the hair is claimed to be virgin hair and it is all a scheme - queen virgin remy miami , has NO return policy or NO exchange 

 sales people trained to work T store ,  trick consumers by showing consumers hair in folded bundles , but once buy them and leave there store to unravel bundles then can notice cheap quality and false advertisement on length

The store employees are con artists selling product - the two sales people working there act like they are so sure of there product and give total false information as they try and convince potential customers , they are getting the top best quality hair extentions  -

sales employees  are convincing with there pretend knowledge they are telling consumers , to persuade to make sells - I regret my decision of buying matty stringy very thin wefts and length they sell to customers are not true and customers , pay a lot extra for length of hair 

Very disappointed and want my money back for being fooled and convinced by employees for product it isnt
