QUI BIDS AUCTION TOTAL SCAM OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma

Qui Bids is an on line auction site. This site is the poster child for the old saying. if it sounds too good to be true, it is.  Unlike Ebay, where you bid on an item and your bid is fixed at that point and people must out bid you to win, Qui Bids, has a clock which continuously counts down to zero.  Only problem is it never reaches zero until they have probably collected thousands of dollars in bids, over a period of days and when you start bidding on an item there may be only a few minutes left.  A person must pay for bids in order to participate in the bidding. They rip you off for $60 dollars up front in order to bid. Its impossible to tell what is going on until you start bidding. When I realized the scam in this I was able somehow to contact someone at the company.  They wanted to sell me more bids!.  They would not refund my money and the worst part of it is that they now had my credit card number.  After seeing how illegitimate this company was I felt that the only thing to do was to  protect myself from more fraud. I had  to cancel my credit card which I did.  This company is now advertising on national TV.  I cannot understand how people keep signing up on this site.  I discovered too late that there is a tremendous number of complaints against this company that are discoverable if you do a google search. Dont be a victim of this internet scam.
