Quibids are all about scheming people out of money. I was in a bid for an Xbox 360 during the holidays. Out of curiosity I looked an Playstation 3 up for a bid at the same time. In two separate tabs, I looked at both auctions at the same time and I saw the same people bidding on both bids at the same time and both bids ended at he same time for the same price and the same winner won both bid auctions. I have saved pictures of the auctions on my computer for proof!! I just want my money back for all the crap I've been through on these bids!! Complete scam!

QuiBids Response: Bid-O-Matic

Sorry to hear this has been your impression of QuiBids. It sounds like the user you are referring to was using what we call the 'Bid-O-Matic'. While placing single bids in an auction is the primary way to stay in the game, at certain times you may need to step away from the bidding process. While using the Bid-O-Matic does not guarantee a win, the Bid-O-Matic feature is a helpful tool that can bid for you while you take a short break. You can set the Bid-O-Matic to place between 3 to 25 bids at a time. As long as you have bids remaining, the Bid-O-Matic will bid in order to keep you as the highest bidder in the current auction. If you run out of bids in your current Bid-O-Matic, you can re-load the Bid-O-Matic with up to 25 more bids or continue placing single bids. These are just a few ways the Bid-O-Matic can help you out. Don't forget, you can only put a maximum of 25 bids per activation. For more details, check out this link: http://blog.quibids.com/the-bid-o-matic-explained/
If at any time you need assistance with the deactivation and/or a refund of your account, feel free to email us at support@quibids.com, call 1-855-QUIBIDS (784-2437) or chat live anytime Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM CST and we will be happy to further assist you!

Dear QuiBidder,
The auctions you are referring to are the so called "You Choose It" auctions.
This means that you can bid on many different items and once the auction is won, you can select the specific item that you wish to purchase.
You can read more about these auctions by using this link:

Please don't hesitate to call us if you have additional questions.
Sincerly,

You Choose It Auctions

We are truly sorry for any confusion that you may have experienced on the website. What you are referring to is something that is called a You Choose It auction.
The "You Choose It" option is essentially an auction where you have the choice to choose from a list of alternate items, which have the same value as the item displayed on the auction page. That list includes the item you were bidding on. If you navigate back to the auction page, you will see a small link towards the top of that page that says "You Choose It: Update Selection." If you click on that link the system will present you with a list of items for you to choose from. Once you choose the item you desire, the auction page will reflect that choice. At that point, if you click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the auction page, the system will successfully add that item to your cart. It's like bidding on a price point, rather than a specific item.
That being said, you were bidding on one auction that had both an Xbox 360 and a Playstation 3 available. That is why you were seeing the same people bidding on both items.
At any time, if you would like a refund on your unused bids, we would be happy to process you a refund. If you would like to contact us personally with any further questions, you can do so by phone at 1-855-QUIBIDS, or by email at support@quibids.com.
Sincerely,
QuiBids Team
