Received a letter today from Iowa Attorney General's Office that Quickpayday is no longer in business and will not offer loans to any individual from now on. They have wiped out my loan because I live in Iowa and has discontinued all collection efforts with respect to Iowa residents. (This came as a result of filing a complaint about them to the Iowa Attorney General's Office). I do not know when they went out of business, but they were still trying to collect from me in June, 2006.
