I was searching for a mortgage company unfortunatly l found Quicken Loans... After submitting all my documents they approved me a loan amount of $85K.

I found house that l like l made a offer and seller accepted.  Few weeks before closing Quicken Loans asked me to fix certain things in the house. I asked them house is not even mine yet why would l invest money in it? They said in order to close the deal you have to fix some stuff... And l did it... After investing my own money 3 days before closing they disqualify me. 

They said they made a wrong calculation on my income l am not qualifying for the loan. I was pissed l asked them pay me back all my expenses they refused it... Horrible Unprofessional Company to work with...

Quicken Loans (Rocket Morgage), I applied for a refinance from Rocket Mortgage - (Quicken Loans). I was almost done with the loan when a person from Rocket Mortgage (Marilyn Lane) contacted me to tell me that Rocket Mortgage can no longer complete my refinance due to I needed a higher Credit Score.
