Quicksale Propertys - Landmark Timeshares - Sunproperty Networks - Countrywide Timeshares TIMESHARE SALES SCAM! Orlando Florida

A few months ago a lady by the name of Jennifer from Quicksale Propertys had given a call to my mother stating that she had a buyer for our timeshare and that there was an offer of : $25,000.00 dollars on our timeshare and then stated that my mother needed to fax them a copy of a voided check in the sum of : $2200.00 dollars for legal fees and closing costs?
Well, thanks to God that my mother called me first before making any decision. To make a long story short, I did my own investigation on this company and this is what I found regarding Quicksale Propertys and this alleged broker that called my mother. This company is a TOTAL SCAM! the real company name is called National Solutions LLC, and they are NOT in waltham, MA. They are located in ORLANDO, FL. This company seems to change its name quite often also. Landmark Timeshares, Sunproperty Networks, and Countrywide Timeshares are all one and the same as Quicksale Propertys. Upon further investigation when calling the state of florida's attorney generals office, I also found the name and address of the owner of this company! Her name is Jamie Xavier address is : 325 ASHFORD DRIVE
DAVENPORT FL 33837. I am not sure of the accuracy of this information since it would seem that these people also move from place to place. I hope that this information will help others in putting a stop to scams such as this!
