Damaged my property. When I got there they made me wait for an hour then they decided to rush one guy threw my keys to another guy and broke my ignition key off my key chain and ruined my alarm key which costed me 350. orig. now it costs $200 to replace. do not use this company they have no respect for ones property

Why not file against them in small claims court? Contrary to belief, these kind of companies have plenty of money...

Of course, while the burden of proof will be on you to prove damage was not there before car was towed, you can use the tow company's evidence against them.. When a tow company gets ready to take your car, they have to inventory your vehicle's condition, including all problems which they physically see... So, in this case, their paperwork would not indicate the problem which you speak, because they did it after the fact...

Quicksilver Tow, Inc A few minutes before 4pm, Quicksilver towing and came and hook the car, argued with meter person who had not wrote the ticket and yet the car was hooked! The Meter person ask the two driver to release the car and the tow driver charged me for twoing service which the car was NOT towed and unhook the car BUT charge my credit card for towing service and for unhooking service of a total of $237, this is predatory towing ! I want to take them (QuickSilver towing to small calims to return the over charges ! Los Angeles California
