QVC expensive junk jewerly West Chester Pennsylvania

My wife purchased a necklace from QVC well over a year ago.  The first time she put it on the piece that hangs from the chain fell apart.  She took it to a jeweler to have it repaired and  was told that it waswan't even worth the cost of the repair.  She paid over $1100 for the necklace and the repair cost was $10.00.  She was ourraged and contacted QVC for a refund.  They told her they would open an "investigation".  That was well over a year ago and we still haven't heard from them other that emails trying to sell more junk.  We live about thiry miles from their headquarters so at this point I will probably take them to court.  Do not be scammed by this crooked business!
