QW Homes And Peritus Financial I feel i am being taken advantage of, no communication!! Irving Texas

I have been dealing with qw homes since april/may of 2008. all of the people i have been dealing with no longer work there....i.e toshi batteford, jeff(whatever his last name is)...a nd dawn gents, who is supposedly there but i can never speak to her. At peritus financial it is JT maughan, i can e-mail her on a monday and two weeks later,i will finally get a response. i came across rip-off report on accident and can not believe what i have read about these two companies. I feel like we have been lied to also. I think in the end of our 18 month so called approval time, we will get denied too and never get our money back. JT at peritus sent me an invoice on tuesday,feb 17, 2009, outlining the money they had spent on our initial depsit of $2500.00. Only $450.00 is supposedly left of it,yet nothing has been improved draastically in our situation. I also have a couisin who is dealing with the so-called vice president of qw homes. He never can get in contact with him and he doesnt return his phone calls at weeks on end.

Something needs to be done about this and I am reporting them to the better business bureau in louisiana and contacting the attorney general,first thing in the morning. I will let everyone i know about this travesty.
