For the Esbi charges on your bill, it is a third party that charges to your qwest bill, usually a long distance charge ( if you don't have long distance with qwest). If it appears on your bill do not call qwest first call the 1800/1866 number located below the esbi symbol. They will tell you what the charges are for and how you can cancle that service.

CenturyLink Centurylink purchased Qwest Corporation in the 90's and I had a lifetime contract with Qwest to have 40 meg of internet for life for 29.95 - Century cancelled that contract and tried to sell me another one. they refused to acknowledge that fact that ther Cancalled my lifetime service and tried to sell me on another plan.
