Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was appalled to find out that Qx has been taking almost $60 a month (for 3 mos) out of my Checking Acc't.for a Phone Card. This was never authorized by me nor do I have the phone Card they claim they sent me.
I called them on their Phone# 800-385-1968 & they gave me a confirmation # for the return of the $181.00 they have ripped off. I think they got my info when I ordered a virus scan over the internet.They said it would take 14 working days to return this to me. HaHa I'm still waiting.

Dear Sir,
We recently visited your website and discovered
complaints about QX Telecom. The complaints
were referring to a US company QX Telecom LLC
whose principal office is in New York.
We are a company based in UK who have no affiliation with QX Telecom LLC but unfortunately bares the same name. We ourself have received similar emails which were misdirected to our .co.uk website.
I would be grateful if you can add a clarification to the complaint list that you are referring to "QX Telecom LLC" and not just merely "QX Telecom" which is confusing and potentially derogative to our business.
