R&R Escape ripoff PUSHY, RUDE, ACCOUNT NUMBER, FRAUD!! TELEMARKETING Nationwide

I got a call early this morning from someone named "bruce" #0629 (which is funny because he had a VERY thick Indian accent) who said that I just won $800.00 in travel vouchers. My co-worker told me to hang up because it didnt seem right but just because I'm curious I kept listening until he asked me for my account number. I told him that I didn't have it and to call back later.

He called me back 3 hours later and asked for the information, I told him that I didn't have it so he said that he could use the 7 digit number on the back of my card and to talk to the verification manager. I asked him if he had a website and he said no but gave me their customer service number and there hours of operation.

I thought this was odd and googled the name he gave me and this site came up. I talked to him and he told me that he was going to record my information, I said ok at first, I recorded my name and address. As it got to the point for me to record my number I thought something wasn't right at that point one report popped up about how they charged peoples numbers and this and that.

I asked him questions and he got mad and hung up. He then called me back and explained that they aren't going to rip me off and how when I write a check people have my account number and it's the same thing. I said no and that I wanted them to erase any information on me that they had.

He said, ok when this recording I'm about to play comes on and says this and that you need to say no then yes. I said i'm not recording anything, delete any information you have, and then hung up on him. Immediatly following that I called my bank, talked to them and they said that I should cancel my card so they couldn't charge anything to it. I did just that. If anyone gets a call from these people HANG UP!!! DON'T ANSWER IF THEY CALL BACK!!
