R V Marketing V Sales Inc Have they gone out of business?? Elkhart, Indiana

I was a customer of R V Marketing on their website for a few years now.  Only small orders but I never had any problem at all till this order I place a couple weeks ago.

I got the order confirmation email that my order was received and my chrage card was charged for the order I placed.

A week went by and I had not received my order yet.  On previous orders I placed over the years I had the package within a couple days as I am only a few hours away from the company.

After waiting a week I called the company,  got someone named Bob on the phone.  He said he would check on my order and call back the next day.  I waited,  received no return phone call from Bob. 

So I called them again.  Talked to Bob again,  he said they were having problems locating the item I ordered in their warehouse and he said he should be the next day and they would be able to find what I ordered.

I am still waiting, no package and no return phone call.

I checked their website out tonight and see it is now offline.

I am wondering have they closed up??

If you are a victim of R V Marketing and any of their other websites like V Sales, I urge you to file a complaint on this site and also with the Better Business Bureau, and the Indiana State Attorney Generals Office.

I am hoping they are still in business so I can get what I ordered but the way they are acting with no response to emails or phone calls is making me wonder what is going on there at the company.
