My name is Mac and I am a resident of Tokyo, I was in new line communications & smile for years, but I really regret my decision at the present. I should have quit a long ago, but I kept on thinking that I would get promoted to a higher designation one day and for this reason I kept on putting my sincere efforts in every project. New line communications & smile is a technology-based company, this company seems nice but it just uses people to escalate their sales graph and keep on deteriorating employees self esteem.

If anyhow you are planning to work here then be cautious, it will surely be biggest mistake of your life. You will get low wages and will always be brainwashed into believing that if you work hard, you will get your promotion. New line communications & smile network technology is extensive, but when it comes to wages of employee, then the management plays hide and seek. One of my colleagues tried talking to the manager, he was not just treated harshly with smile, but he was terminated by the very next day.

Here, managers make money at expense of the employees working on junior level. The company does not pay payroll taxes and covers next to nothing. So, whenever you receive an interview call or you ever get opportunity to join this company, please say a big No then and there because I really do not want anyone to face the pathetic times that I had to suffer because of this fraud company. I have not received my pay of last two months and the mindless management is not even bothered to consider my request.

By now, I have been polite with them, but I am really exhausted and I will file a case against them. I want my two months salary back from this scam company at any cost.

 Few days back, when I planned to buy a new laptop for my office, I opted for online delivery. Of course, I have done online shopping several times in the past few years, but New Line Smile Communication and Network provided me an experience worth to remember. If, you surf through their website, you can come across several categories of electronic and tech gadgets. Mesmerized with their availability, I opted to buy a 17 inches laptop for 320 Euros. Of course, they included compared price for the products. With variety of features, laptops were available in varied hues. I bought one of those laptops and was expecting the delivery within 7 days. I was quite excited about the delivery, but, trust me; it took 15 days for the delivery to reach my home. And, what was the reason for being late? The product went out of stock. Well, I thoroughly experienced a nightmare, when I started to look into the laptop. There were scratches on the screen, no warranty card, old battery, and no charger. In short, after buying a product from New Line Smile Communication and Network, I put the amount into vain. I opted for their return policy, but, I am actually awaiting their reply for the last 1 month. You can never find an individual to pick the phone in their customer service department. I believe that these people must be put behind bars for opting illegal means to acquire our money. The people at New Line Smile Communication and Network are cons, who have no right to stay in the online platform.

Hi, I went through all the reviews regarding the scams of the online electronic store New Line Communications and Smile Network and wanted to share my own. A month ago, I came across the website of New Line Communications and Smile Network and no doubt was highly influenced by it. Never have I seen such quality products available at such cost effective rates. It was my mistake and I acknowledge it. I should have read the reviews first.

 

Anyways, I ordered a laptop worth 280 Euros which had mind blowing features and advantages. Within three working days the delivery arrived. The laptop was amazing, looks finish, and everything was perfect. When I started using it, I found out that it had a very low quality battery. I needed to keep it on charge almost 24x7. When I called up the company aka New Line Communications and Smile Network, they assured me that they are going to send their service men as soon as possible.

 

It has been 5 week since yet nobody has arrived. I tried to call the company a zillion times, losing my temper with every false assurance and excuses like there has been some problem in the warehouse, this and that and they are going to send someone soon. I am just fed up with this New Line Communications and Smile Network who doesn’t know the basic meaning of customer satisfaction. They are too ignorant or they deliberately cheat people; I’m not sure. But I am saying to everyone out here, please stay away from New Line Communications and Smile Network. Do not buy their products, however luring offers they might give. Let them realize their mistake and understand the basics of building trust in business.

 Hello I’m here to say that the New Line Communications and Smile Network have also made me suffer for a PC headset worth 450 Euros. Lured by the attractive displays of the unique piece I ordered it last month from New Line Communications and Smile Network. For many days, I had been aspiring to buy a good headset for my PC and New Line Communications and Smile network almost made my dream com true. The features provided in the headset were quite out of ordinary and it was specifically designed for gaming purposes. Now I think I should have done a little background check on new line communications and smile network before investing my hard-earned money on it. Never guessed someone could be such a fraud. Two days later when the device was delivered to me, I was overjoyed with the all the packaging, designs and features. It has a high quality sound system and all. But the real face of New Line communications and Smile network became visible soon. Just after a week, the pads came out. First I thought that maybe my rough use has created this. But the next day while I had them on, the sound cracked and became mute. I tried a hundred times to restart the device, switching it on and off the whole time but it was useless. New line communications and Smile network left me devastated. The headset is still with me and I had tried to return it a zillion times but they denied, saying that it was my fault. Still now I’m afraid of online electronic shopping and prefer to buy things from the brick and mortars instead of online stores. New line communications and Smile network cheated me and broke my trust to the core. I can never forgive them for this.

 This is Melissa from UK and I am here to expose the reality of the very popular telecommunication company called New Line communications and Smile network. They offer variety of products, electronic gadgets mainly but most of them are cheap or defective. New Line communications and Smile network lure customers who have a thing for online shopping with attractive offers and discounts and make them order not one but more than one products. I ordered a laptop charger and some DVD packs from new line communications and Smile Network.

The delivery came on time no doubt. New line communications and Smile Network had promised a guaranteed delivery within 5 working days and I got it on the 3rd day. The laptop charger turned out to be defective as whenever I charged with it my laptop restarted again and again. Frightened, I disconnected the charger and shut down my lappy. At first I thought that there is some problem with the connection. After some hours when I again connected it, the same thing happened only this time more vigorously. I called up New Line communications and Smile network and reported the problem to them.

They had even given a six months warranty so I asked them to replace my defective charger. They agreed and said that their salesperson will deliver the product on time and I can return the defective charger to him. But till now, nobody has come to take away that charger, nor did anyone come with a fresh new product. I have called them a zillion times but with negative feedback; sometimes even denying that its New Line communications and Smile network. So here I am to relate my incident and beware you of this fraud company. Do not buy their products and do not get fooled. Stay away from New Line communications and Smile network.

Beware of New Line communications and Smile Network. Yes, this is for all those employees who work in New Line communications and Smile Network or maybe planning for an interview. This is Robort Peter from UK, an ex employee of the fraud company. I am not here to express some personal grudge but have come here with genuine concern for those people who know nothing about the company and can fall into their trap. If you have any value for your money, do not even think of joining the team of New Line communications and Smile Network.

I had been working in New Line communications and Smile network since 2012 and I know all about their fraud cases with the customers and also with the employees. I was in the software section with a promised salary but after 2 years I never received full payment on the due date. Whenever I managed to enquire, they shoved me off with sweet words of insult, even going to the extent of saying that my works do not deserve to get the amount. At first, even I believed them; the company’s executives can be so convincing.

Gradually I found out that the New Line communications and Smile Network officials are feeding the same story to almost all employees. They were saying that the company is at loss and cannot pay full salaries. No one could resign as they had been promised huge incentives, about 20% of their salaries at the end of the year. I had no intention to fall for any of their stories so the next day itself I submitted my resignation. Even then they promised me my full salary and said that they are going to transfer it but till today, I haven’t received a single penny from the New Line communications and Smile Network.

 Hi, I’m Sam from Marseille and I want to convey this message to all the customers of New Line communications and Smile Network that please do not invest in the company as they are cheats and frauds. They do not deliver products in time and even when they do, the products are not what you expect them to be. New line communications & Smile network is a technological company and the sell a range of products like mobile phones, laptops, chargers, batteries, lights, bulbs, and what not. The display pictures are so attractive that it seems like a fantasy land of electronic goods. Naturally I was lured to invest in a mobile phone that was not only cheaper than the retail stores but also had more features than the regular androids and windows phones.

The delivery was due in 3 working days, quite fast I assumed. New Line Smile Network communications was not my first online investment but it promised huge benefits because of its cost effectiveness. The user reviews said all good stuffs about them and so there was no possible chance for the company to be a fraud. But I was totally thrown off balance when the phone was delivered. Starting from packaging to battery and the enhancements provided are cheap, made in china products.

Horrified, I contacted the New Line communications and Smile network and asked for an explanation. Nowhere in their site is it mentioned that the products are china made. They told me that it’s my fault that I did not do a proper study and invested in something I did not want. I was totally dumbstruck. New Line communications & Smile network should start producing pacemakers too as I think most of the customers will require it after receiving their products. If you do not want to get involved with such a scam, stay away from New Line communications & Smile network.

 Hi this is Sam from Germany. I came here to reveal something about the so- called techno company New Line Smile network communications. They boast a lot about their honesty and stuff in the WebPages, but in reality they are nothing but a bunch of cheats. On April, I bought a hard disk of 1 Tb with a 3 year guarantee worth 50.00 euros from them. It was delivered in an apt time with a cool packaging; everything was fine. The HDD was so good and fast that I decided to buy some more things from the New Line communications and Smile network.

Obviously, as you all know, there are a very few online electronic stores which give authentic products but I was quite satisfied with the HDD. Then I decided to buy a pen drive, a laptop charger, and some other knick knacks worth a total of 35 euros. This time only the pen drive was delivered. Little surprised, I enquired the salesman, to which he replied that some problem has occurred in the warehouse and blah, blah and that I’ll get my things my next week. I was pretty discontented as I needed the other things kind of immediately. But I had no idea what a fraud this New Line communications and Smile network is.

I became quite busy with my work and near the end of the next week I suddenly remembered “Oh my God, wheres the delivery?” I called up this fraud company and lol! They completely denied..!! They said that everything was delivered in time and it’s in their records. I was totally dumbstruck. Later on after some days the hard disk got corrupted and I was totally unable to access it. The pen drive became so slow that one song took 7-8 minutes to get transferred. This is the reality of New Line communications and Smile Network which has totally ruined my faith in online marketing itself.

I am Aawut, Thai resident and this is my humble request to all those innocent entrepreneurs who are unaware about the fraud management of the company and god forbid, if you were anyhow thinking to take services from New Line Communications & Smile network, you will suffer heavy loss. I do not have any personal grudge with this company, but my horrible experience with them has compelled me to say such things about the company.

I was looking forward to start up my new tech-based business. I required sim, mobile phones, data card, chargers, smart phones, online chat tools, computers etc. I got to know about this company via internet. I found out that all those things which I required were available here. The gadgets and other items were shown in images and slides in such an outstanding way that anyone can fall for them. The same has happened with me. Instead of thinking much, I was happy that I will not have to roam from one place to the other and I will get good discount for purchasing in bulk.

The moment I placed my order online, I was asked to fill up a questionnaire and an application form. I filled up the form and paid 30% of the total amount. I was notified with a confirmation email that I will get all my stuff within 5 working days. After two days I received merely 20 percent of the ordered stuff and the sales boy said that I will have to make full payment to get all my remaining stuff.

I was pretty sure that I will get the remaining things because I had already received 20 % of my order. When I paid full amount, I was again notified that my order will be delivered within five working days. But, those five working days have never come for me; till today I have not received anything. When I contacted, representatives said that my order is already dispatched from their end and now they are not responsible for anything. It’s not just about money now; it’s about cheats and liars of new line smile network technology. I will complain against them so that they dare not to cheat next time.
