 My Wife received  false documentation from Portfolio Recovery Associates stating that Capital One N.A. sold them a debt

that she owed, but my wife has not had a credit card for 13 going on 14 years.cause after filing bankruptcy we could not get to save our life. They are saying that she owed 3,231.81, don't think so! These crooks need and must be shut down. They are stealing from inocent people and ruining their financal record history.

Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC Representing,HSBC Card Services, Merchant:Ameritech This company continues to harass me with collection letters for an un-collectable debt, over ten years old and filed in my bankrupt claim as well. They even say ,in small print, that, because of the age of this debt, they will not sue me, nor will they report it to any credit reporting agency, yet it does come up on my credit report and stopping me from getting a good score in order to get a house.
