Involved in a multi-million dollar new automobile fraud in Texas, Louisiana, and Florida with his partner Tony Wimmer.
Formerly lived in Oklahoma and was registered as an Attorney there.
Lost his license to practice law in Florida, surrendered as part of disciplinary action related to taking funds from an estate.
He was the leading character in the multi state fraud ring selling discounted airline tickets known as FLYDLUX .com with his frequent partner in crime (Tony) Anthony J. Wimmer of Arlington, Texas. His CFO for FlyDlux was Mark Hopkins "Rizzn"
He was the subject of a local Television investigative report in the Hollywood Florida area.
He was prosecuted on one count of Fraud in Texas related to the Automobile scam.
He was investigated by federal authorities for his FLYDLUX scam.
He has masqueraded as an Ordained Rabbi and as a licensed Attorney even when he was no longer allowed to practice law. No eviddence of his Ordination has ever been found, and he never attended a rabbinical school, college or kollel. He lost his law license some years ago due to disgraceful and illegal behavior.
