I know for a fact they sell bad Pc's that lemark sent back. Hum. makes you wonder. I have had 5 in 10 month's. Now that i have almost paid it off Dell tells me about some things and Lexmark knows. Could it be i know techs there? hum.
The store here changes managers like every other month. Now they are all new employee's. HUM. They replaced my PC two days ago again. My wife brought it home wrapped in plastic. Guess waht? It is busted. Looks like a hammer was taken to it. Wrong PC wrong everything.
I have filed a report with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office.Guess waht? they have a stack of reports about them. Thank God i have 4 other Pc's. NOT from them. My brother's lawyer is the Gov's lawyer. Guesswhat?i reported them to the Gov. Do not rent from them here in Kentucky. i think they will be going out of our state. Thank You

I called Dell.. this is a three year old system..... sold as new. Its a known fact about the hard drives at lexmark/huge company that makes printers. You don;t think i will put a tech's name on here ?Sorry. Just ask lexmark. As you know they used to be IBM. So thats how i know. Hope this answers all your ?'s.. Thank You

I'm not an employee of RAC so do not think that I am biased, but how exactly do you know that this is being practiced by RAC? Who are these techs? I'm very curious. In every case that I'm aware of, RAC buys directly from the manufacturer, meaning it buys all its products brand new.
Now, there may be a case where it is purchasing refurbished systems as bargain rates but it would be foolish for them to buy broken down systems knowing they'll fail as they are required by their rental agreement to fix or replace any faulty merchandise.
What exactly are the problems you've been having?
