Race-Depot.com Ryan T Johnston Charged my credit card immediately... Never received the item... Had to file dispute with Credit Card Company Newport News Virginia

This company is a joke. This 'Ryan' is a scam artist. They lower the price by about five dollars from every other website to lure you in and steal your money. Stay away from this company!!

I purchased an item in November 07 for a Christmas present the website showed they had five of them in stock. As of December fourth I had not received the item so I e-mailed the company through their website under my account, and they replied stating I would receive the item before Christmas. Come January fourteenth I still had not received the item so I emailed them again, they replied that the item showed on an inbound shipment with no in date and the item was back ordered (this item is not back ordered on any other website online so I have since ordered it elsewhere) so for the inconvenience they gave me a couple coupons and a free membership to their website-another thing that was never mentioned anywhere that you are supposedly going to have to pay a membership fee per year to buy from them. I checked on the status again on February fourth and still the same thing. I e-mailed them again and did not get a response so I tried to call the number and just got an automated machine, so I left a message and of course no return call.

I called my credit card company to weigh my options and they sent me to the dispute department where they canceled the order and flagged the company. This was way to much work just for the simple item I ordered.
