Here at the raceway dealerships all employees have been ban from the Internet. Can you imagine! AS a matter of fact, they made it so we cannot do anything with the computers on the Internet at the Ford Dealership next door to Raceway Nissan. We are next for the ban!



About 3 years ago, if you were to look at the Reports filed on this website, I can personally attest to the truthfulness of those claims. All those phony reports were filed from both our dealerships in an effort to discredit all the Reports on this great website. I do take issue with some things stated on this site, but overall this website does a great job and I know that dealers all over California look at Rip-off Report. One dealer I spoke with when doing a recent trade bought up all the reports filed about our dealership and told us that what our owners allowed to happen here makes it bad for all dealers not only in California but also all over the USA. I could not agree more. I am only here because I make good money. I loved the article on this website in the Auto Motive News that said, Let the seller beware. Good goin Rip-off Report!



About 3 years ago there were many reports filed about our dealership. I along with a few other employees were very upset that the management and owners instigated other employees to file phony Rip-off Reports on the reports about raceway and about our competitors in an (unsuccessfully) effort to hurt their business and to discredit the truthful Report on an incident that should not have happened to an Hispanic customer that was deceived and lied to, nothing short of fraud in my book.

Three years later it's Business as usual here at Raceway Ford & Raceway Nissan.
Contracts are falsified with numbers changed and even signatures forged.
Sales people will add fraudulent income statements to finance companies to get the customers loan to go thru and that is certainly no help to the customer because more than likely they will not be able to afford the payment with their present income.
Hispanics, Asians and all others not white are defiantly treated differently and taken advantage of in more ways than you can imagine.



Consumers credit is being run with out their knowledge when they come to do a test drive so the sales personal knows how much they can screw the customer for. They get your credit score, which will determine your interest rate, and then the dealer adds on to that anywhere from 3 to 12 points! But, we are all not bad. Some of us here are honest and it's the luck of the draw on who you get. Whish I could tell you to come see a few others and me but I obviously would be fired. I along with others plan on leaving here soon and going to another dealership. It's been a long three years and too many have been taken advantage of and the owners and management could care less.
