Proof that Rachael Harwell uses her cellular phone during work hours and even during Sonic's busiest time, Happy Hour! Customers are waiting for food and this carhop is on her phone liking Instagram posts!

Rachael Harwewll Instagram profile is (((redacted))) She changed the name from (((redacted))) probably to hide her usage and manager could not check when she posts!

Rachael lies to her manager, Carl Braucht, and he believes everything Rachael tells him. Carl will not do anything about his employees because he is afraid of them. Rachael feels she can get away with anything and she does because Carl does nothing! Rachael says Carl is "all bark and no bite". She tells customers that when it gets busy he only does the order taking or fountain! He is a puppet and Rachael runs over him!

On Friday, June 27, 2014, at 12:17pm (Central Time), Instagram member (((redacted))) posted a photo on Instagram. [continued below]....

..... The newest 'likes' from other members are posted to the top of the list in the 'likes' section, oncxe people 'like' the photo by Destany. Rachael, carhop working at Sonic, (((redacted))) posted her like within 3 hours after the photo was posted! She is at the top of the 'like' list. That means Rachael, who was suppose to be working, posted her 'like' around 3:00pm (Central Time). That is 1 hour into Happy Hour!!

Why is Rachael allowed to use her cellular phone during the busiest time of Sonic's day? Why are customers having to wait for their food and drinks while she posts on Instagram?? Why does the manager, Carl Braucht, allow this and believe Rachaael when she tells him that she is not using her phone?

Rachael Harwell is a liar and a manipulator. Rachael was correct in saying Carl will do nothing!

Here is the proof that Rachael used her phone during the busiest time at Sonic!

As a customer, do you really want to wait for your food or dink while the carhop checks her messages, facebook, Twitter and Instagram??
