After investigation police threw out the case because Rachel Reedy was at no fault.  There is no truth to anything that is written in this report so please disregard it. it is wrong to talk bad about another person unlawfully. The Phoenix detective stated that because Jason did not give Rachel any photos that she would not responsible for any further payments.   He also should be reimbursing the down payment. There is no theft of property that was a false report. The case has been closed officially as of August 2014.

RACHEL REEDY whom hired Jason Wozny for a June 26, 2014 photo shoot for 2 hours, was in fact under written and verbal agreement to pay Jason Wozny a flat fee of $200 at end of service. Her written and legal agreement was not based on ANY contincengy of ticket sales. Photographers do not work in that manner, as nor did Jason Wozny.

Since THEFT OF SERVICES AND THEFT of PROPERTY committed by RACHEL REEDY on June 26, 2014 at the Firehouse Gallery in Phoenix Arizona, criminal charges have been filed against RACHEL REEDY with the Phoenix Police Dept.

The Phoenix Detective has made over 40 attempts to contact RACHEL REEDY for questioning but has not received any response back. RACHEL REEDY had stolen a $500 product of Jason Wozny and owes a $200 payment for services rendered on June 26, 2014. Phoenix Police are now in contact with Scottsdale Police in a joint effort to reach RACHEL REEDY.
