Mr Radford Smith is a very nasty unscrupulous attorney.  He will go to win your case no matter what it takes even if that means lying and destroying people.  He only cares about the dollar in his pocket to pay for his lifestyle.  He does not care about the humans involved in the case and worst yet, the children involved.  He will continually attack the other party to wipe them out of funds forcing them to settle.  He makes comments about that to other lawyers proving that is what he is doing.  He is very unprofessional and with this type of behavior he has had children placed in abusive situations without blinking.  

If you are his client maybe that would be good for you if you don't care about what is right, but if you are on the other end of the stick beware.  Complaints should be made against him and his license should be taken.  I would not work with such a nasty attorney who has no value for what is right and best for everyone involved.  He cares about money and winning.  Very narassistic.  If you want to use him then you are no better then him and I feel sorry for you but what goes around comes around.  If you are on the receiving end, make sure you have a very good attorney that is willing to put up with his bullying, and lying in the courtroom.  He is the only one that wants to be heard when he is there.  He is very degrading to everyone else.
