Kenny Crockett started a kickstarter campaign for Radiate athletics to provide shirts that changed color when the person wearing the clothing was working out and generating heat.  

I bought a tank-top from the kickstarter project and have yet to receive my shirt or any information on when it should arrive.  Delivery of goods was promised by August 2013.  There have been many delays and set backs and there is always the promise that the products will be shipped within two weeks, it never happens.  

Crockett funded over $500,000 and continues to accept orders but has yet to provide shirts.  What has he done with the rest of the money that we can not get our orders?  Is it acceptable for him to pocket that money and not meet his promises?  

I would like my money back and I hope others that fell for the failed kickstarter campaign get their money back as well.
