I had purchased a cellular telephone at this Radio shack location. I was persuaded into purchasing the Radio Shack warranty on my telephone. I was assured that Radio Shack will fix anything, no questions asked even the screen on the telephone.
Yesterday the phone slipped off a table and the screen cracked. I used the online customer service to report the claim, and the screen was not covered. I paid 199.99 for this warranty and am getting nothing for it!
