Radix Eye Cream Rip off, operators lie, does not work, 1/2 oz Fountain Valley California

 Ordered a sample for $4.99. Called the day the sample came. Questioned the person on the other end extensively, because i knew there had to be a catch, spent 45 minutes asking the same thing in different ways i.e. how much is coming out of my account, how do i stop it from coming again, is it automatically sent again, what's the catch, it is only going to cost me $4.99 forever for this container. Rephrased the sam thing many, many different ways and she kept telling me it was not on auto ship, nothing else would come out of my account. Today i discovered they took $89.92 out of my account. I called them, 888-777-1989, the girl was rude, said they never give refunds, i should have called withon the time limit, tjat she did mot set the rules, i agreed to it. I kept asking over and over again if the 1/2 ounce, .5 ounce, 15 ml was really $89.92. That if i ordeted it again i would really only get .5 oz for the $89.92. She said the same thing over again, no refunds, nothing she can do, she didn't set the amount or the price but i could order more for 75% off, i told her the product did not work, 1/2 oz was not worth the $5 i paid, it sure as hell was not worth $89.82. She was rude and read her cards very well. I finally said goodbye, i think, and hung up. This company is a rip off, the opetators are liars. It doesn't even work. I may call again to try and get something back since I'm unemployed as of a week ago and couldn't really afford it when i had a job which is why i called the day it came and talked to someone so i could get all the small print they did not provide on the website/ordering or total page. I only tried it because Laurie from the show Shark Tank was involved in it. I trusted her, that will never happen again.....
