Just bought a use car from Rafferty Subaru in Newtown Square PA. Looked good, drove good but when we went to change fluids we noticed that the frame had big rust hole it it. I had it inspected by a certified I-Car Platinum collision technician and was told that the car was not safe to drive because the frame was ready to collapse. We made several attempts to contact Bob Rafferty Jr directly via his personal email and personal cell phone. No response. Dealerships always inspect every car they take in on trade so they can determine a value they are willing to pay on trade. So prior to selling they should either fix or disclose. Most ethical business would immediately rectify the problem if they truly missed the problem. No return contact just coveys their culture of what they can get away with. In my opinion Rafferty Subaru and Bob Rafferty Jr are very unethical and negligent. Negligent acts kill.

Do you attack a person rather than a topic?
Do you post irrelevant or off-topic messages?
Is this done to attempt to provoke others?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes then you are a TROLL.

Neglibile???

The term "As-Is" does not protect someone or a business from negligible acts. That is you cannot sign away negligence via an agreement or contract. There is an abundance of case law in Pa on this. I will be updating later with specific statutes and history."
Don't bother posting the statutes and history...post the case number of the lawsuit you'll likely be filing.
BTW, Negligible, definition: "So small or unimportant or of so little consequence as to warrant little or no attention."
Are you related to Sharon Stephens of California?

If you don't have anything productive to write, just go away.
I've enjoyed reading the Ripoff Report because SOMETIMES, there is handy information.
You offer nothing, but your "Team Rebutt" crap.
I thought "Karl" was the worst with his poems, but at least he offers some reading amusement.

What was the written warranty on the car?
Was it bought "AS-IS?"
If it has a valid WRITTEN warranty, contact the BBB and your states auto dealer commission.
If "AS-IS", that means it's all on you.
