The parties advertise on linked in as letter of credit providers and I contacted them to issue a SBLC as a payment guarantee. I recevied documents from them, very professional for the issuance of a SBLC from HSBC PCL, London. The documents required a payment of a $25,000 deposit to be paid for tranmission . One of these agreements was signed by a bank officer at HSBC. I called the bank officer and was told he did not sign it and that it was a forgery.
